Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Add whole spices. Then add onion and saute for some time. Next add tomato and makhana. Saute all together for some time. Cover and cook. Next add salt and turmeric powder.
* Step 3
Mix well and continue sauteing. Next add little water. Cook till tomato becomes mushy. Let it come to room temperature. Then transfer into a blender, add little water and blend into a smooth paste. Masala paste is ready. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Next in a vessel take nutrela. Add all the above-mentioned ingredients. Mix well. Keep aside.
* Step 5
Next heat oil in a kadhai. Add the prepared masala paste. Add little water. Add curry powder.
* Step 6
Let the masala cook for some time. Then add the marinated nutrela. Give a nice mix. Cook it all, in slow to medium heat with occasional mixing. Next add fresh slit green chillies and mint leaves.
* Step 7
Give a nice mix and continue cooking in slow heat. Cook till masala leaves oil and curd must get cooked. As all flavours combine well with each other, add hot water to adjust consistency.
Add garam masala and cook for some more time. It's ready!!
Switch off the heat and let nutrela masala settle down for some time.

Serve with rice/ poori/ paratha. It's rich and yum!
