Summer special drink
This summer drink is very yummy. It is not only filling, it's nutritious too. It has the goodness of curd, milk, fruits and dry fruits.
You can substitute sugar with jaggery powder and make it white sugar free.

Ingredient
Food ration :
2-3 persons

10 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl put curd, milk and sugar. Mix well. Add water as per your preferred consistency.
Next add freshly prepared chena. Mix again.
* Step 2
Next add banana and mash it. Next add kishmish, cashews and coarsely crushed almonds.
* Step 3
Add chopped apple.
Put cardamom powder and black pepper powder.
Mix all well.
* Step 4
Put into glasses and serve the chilled drink.
Nb: For more amazing taste, texture and nutritional value, add in 1/4 th cup of freshly grated coconut and small chopped fruits of your choice.
