* Step 1

Blend the dal smooth (optional) you can use dal as it is too. Next in a mixing bowl, take atta, add salt and mix. Be cautious while adding salt,as dal has salt in it also.

Then gradually add the dal and knead to make a tough dough. Cover and keep aside for resting. After resting dough will become softer. Now divde it into small portions for pooris.

Heat oil side by side. Now roll out poori and fry in medium to high heat.
