Chicken curry with vegetables

Chicken curry with vegetables is not only delicious but it also has added nutritional value. So go for it... Added vegetables like beans, cauliflower and potatoes. #vegetables #chicken #curry #garlic #thc #thcweek15 #ws3

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start with chicken marination. Marinate chicken with the above-mentioned ingredients for at least an hour.

* Step 2

Next saute the beans, cauliflower and potatoes. They are half cooked. Keep aside.

* Step 3

Now heat a kadhai with oil. Put the chopped onion and saute till brownish. Add chopped garlic and toast them. Toasted brownish garlic gives a very nice taste to the dish. Next add the tomato masala and cook all together till it leaves oil. Next add the marinated chicken. Mix well and saute.

* Step 4

Saute by flipping at medium heat without cover for some time. As you find the chicken colour is changed, cover it and cook.

* Step 5

Cook till the chicken is softened. Occasionally open and check. Flip gently. Chicken oozes water and chicken is cooked in that juice itself.

* Step 6

Next add the sauteed and half cooked vegetables. Give a nice gentle mix. Cover and cook till vegetables are cooked and also all flavours combine with one another.

* Step 7

Next add chicken masala and add little water. Mix well. Cook without cover. As the flavours combine well with each other, add some more hot water. Maintain consistency as per your requirement. Next add garam masala and mix.

* Step 8

Next add mint leaves and mix. Let it be on slow flame for some time. Then switch the flame off. Let it settle down. Then serve. It's ready!! Super delicious chicken curry with vegetables is ready to serve hot... It goes well with rice/ roti/ paratha/ poori.. Recreate and enjoy!!
