Kasuri methi paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a dough maker/ parath put atta, Kasuri methi, crushed ajwain, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Give a nice mix.
Add oil and mix again.
Now add water gradually and knead a semi-soft dough.
As the dough is prepared brush oil on the dough.
* Step 2
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. After resting dough is nice and soft. Next, knead the dough again and divide it into small portions.
Take one portion, keep the rest portions covered. Now roll the portion into a thin roti.
* Step 3
Give a single cut from center to the edge. Brush oil on the roti and sprinkle some dry atta. Now start folding from one side.
* Step 4
Make a layered triangle. Now dust some atta and roll a triangle paratha.
* Step 5
Side by side heat the Tawa. Put the prepared paratha and roast it with oil from both sides till crispy and golden brown.
* Step 6
Parathas are ready!!
Serve with Dahi or any accompaniment of your choice.
