Lunch box (Jeera rice,ajwain paratha, pili dal, gobhi aloo sabzi
This lunch box reminds me of my research days in Delhi University.
So thought of sharing my favourite lunch items I used to take in my lunch box.
Add in any salad of your choice and some curd....then... enjoy your lunch.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This is a fast delicious Gobhi aloo sabzi preparation, helpful when you have to pack tiffin box.
* Step 2
Heat a kadhai with oil. Splutter cumin seeds. Add chopped onion. Saute till brownish.
Then add potato wedges and cauliflower florets. Saute for some time. Next add salt, turmeric powder.
Mix well. Cook till both potatoes and cauliflower are softened. Don't stir mix. Just cover and keep flame slow while it's cooking.
As veggies are cooked, make a pocket in the centre.
Put tomato puree, fresh green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Put coriander powder, curry powder. Mix. Next add red chili powder. Mix. Let it get fried for some time. Next add water.
* Step 4
Give a gentle mix. let it cook and let the gravy come to boil. Put garam masala then and mix. Let the sabzi cook at medium heat without cover. Cook till your preferred consistency.
* Step 5
Switch the flame off and let the sabzi settle down.
Ready!! Serve as needed in your tiffin box...
