Curd rice
The moment I find lots of curd left in house, the best comforting dish that I want to make is this flavoursome curd rice...accompanied with papad and pickle... this is very easy healthy dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take cooked rice, add curd.
* Step 2
Add milk, salt, sugar, black pepper. Add the juice of a lemon.
If your curd is sour avoid lemon juice.
* Step 3
Mix all well. Add chopped coriander. Mix. Add the juice of ginger and mix. Let it stay rested for at least 30 minutes.
* Step 4
Now for tempering, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add dry red chili, fresh green chili, and a dash of hing.
* Step 5
Add this tadka into the rested rice curd mixture. Mix gently.
Curd rice is ready.
Transfer into a serving dish. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve along with papad and pickle.
