Masala chaas (flavoured buttermilk)
A combination of curd with spices and greens makes this spicy, tangy chaas
a perfect drink for the summers...
So keep yourself hydrated with this flavored buttermilk.
I love to accompany it with my meals..but you can have this, after the meals. Curd is a probiotic, which aids in a healthy gut, and also it's a rich source of calcium, so include it in your diet.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a blender jar, add fresh curd.
* Step 2
Next add the pieces of ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
* Step 3
Add salt as per your taste, squeeze lemon juice, add roasted cumin.
* Step 4
Now add sugar and black salt. Add water covering the ingredients. Close the lid and place the jar for blending.
* Step 7
Add chilled water to adjust consistency. Check for the seasonings.
Seasonings may differ a little bit depending upon the sourness of curd. It's better to use fresh curd.
* Step 8
Flavored masala chaas are ready. Transfer into a mason jar and sip on.
