Kadha is a simple yet effective home remedy for cold, cough, and fever having basic spices that are always available in our homes.
It is an age-old remedy and best for all age groups.
For kids, you can give a diluted version.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange all the ingredients on a plate. Now take a motor pestle and pound all the spices except bay leaf and ginger.
* Step 2
Next, add ginger into the pounded spices and pound it too.
* Step 3
Take this mixture and bay leaf, add those into the water and start boiling it at slow flame.
* Step 4
Boil till the time you get a nice aroma of the mixture. Also, the quantity of water taken reduces to almost half.
* Step 6
Pour into glasses. Add honey as per your taste, Give a gentle mix and drink hot.
* Step 7
If you are giving this to kids then dilute it with some more water, boil it, add honey, and Serve.
