* Step 2
On the other side take a mixing bowl put maida, milk powder, salt and mix. Make a hole in the centre pour in the activated yeast. Mix evenly. Next add milk and water to knead a soft dough. Dough will be sticky. Put oil on the dough and knead again. Now tuck the dough. Brush generous amount of oil on dough. Cover and keep for 1st proofing for at least an hour in a warm place.
* Step 3
After an hour, you can find the dough has doubled in size. Take the dough out and knead again to remove the air inside.
Now divide the dough into equal portions. Take the baking tray. Set the portions in the freezer baking tray. Cover this nicely and keep it aside for 2 and proofing for at least 20-25 minutes.
* Step 4
If 2 and proofing takes time leave it for some more time. As the spheres get doubled in size and touch each other you know it's ready to be baked. Brush some milk on the ready to be baked pav.
* Step 5
Keep these for baking in a preheated oven. Oven was preheated for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Now bake the pav for 20 minutes.
* Step 7
As it's baked, take them out of the oven and brush butter. Then take a moist thin cloth and cover the baked pav. Keep it as such for 15 minutes.
