Chickpeas split moong dish

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak chickpeas overnight. Next day wash it nicely. Boil with salt and water in pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Let it cool.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl put boiled chickpeas, salt as required, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin and dry red chillies powder, chopped onion, chopped tomato and steamed moong dal. Squeeze juice of half lemon.

* Step 3

You can add finely chopped coriander leaves too.

* Step 4

Mix all very well. It's that easy... This side dish cannot be sided... Do try... Have this as such or include with your meals.
