Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chickpeas overnight.
Next day wash it nicely.
Pressure cook it with salt for 4 whistles. Keep aside and let it cool.
* Step 2
Next take cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chillies and lemon, wash everything very nicely.
Chop the ones which requires chopping.
Keep it arranged.
* Step 3
Next take a tawa and dry roast 1 tsp cumin seeds and 2 dry red chillies.
As it cools a bit grind into a powder.
* Step 4
Next take a mixing bowl.Put boiled chickpeas, cucumber pieces, chopped onion, chopped tomato.
* Step 5
Squeeze juice of half lemon.
Add salt (add carefully as chickpeas too have salt), red chilli powder, fresh green chillies, chopped coriander leaves.
Tear the mint leaves and add.
* Step 6
Next add powder of cumin and dry red chillies. Add chaat masala.

Now mix all very well.
