Chocolate cupcakes loaded with ice cream and chocolate sauce

100 g

maida

1/4 cup

cocoa powder

Pinch

salt

1/2 cup

water

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl put maida, sugar,cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and mix well.

* Step 2

Next mix milk and oil. Add this mixture into the dry mixture gradually and mix all well.Adjust consistency.

* Step 3

Add vanilla essence and mix again. Preheat microwave oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes at convection mode. Cake batter is ready.Pour into moulds.

* Step 4

Take for baking at 180 degrees for 3 minutes in microwave oven.

* Step 5

Leave it to cool.Demould carefully.

* Step 6

Prepare chocolate sauce. Place a pan with water.let it boil.Add sugar and let it dissolve.Next add cocoa powder and stir in to mix it well.

* Step 7

Next add slurry of water and cornflour into the cocoa mix. Stir well. Let it be on slow flame till it thickens and attain required consistency.

* Step 8

Add vanilla essence and mix. As it cools it will thicken more, so accordingly adjust consistency.

* Step 9

As it cools. Transfer to an airtight container. You can store it in fridge.

* Step 10

As cake, chocolate sauce and ice cream are there. Assemble.

* Step 11

Take chocolate cupcake.Put hot chocolate sauce over it. Put ice cream and some more chocolate sauce and enjoy....Add in some gems, silver balls (optional)
