Chicken with cream

I just learned this recipe with Paola! It's so warm and cosy, I love it! As always, I'mein saving here to use later.

Ingredient

250 ml

cream milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut the chicken into cubes or strips. Set aside and season with ½ tbsp salt and pepper. Now, cut the onion and garlic into slices and set aside.

* Step 2

In a large hot pan, pour olive oil and add the chicken, onion, garlic, thyme and bay leaf. Mix a little to combine, but don't keep stirring constantly, just sometimes, otherwise your chicken will turn white. Let them get brown.

* Step 3

When the bottom of the pan is golden and the chicken are golden, add a little water and mix. (About 1-2 tbsp)

* Step 4

Now add the cream milk, mix and lower the heat. Add the chives and enjoy! 😊
