Super quick stir fried veggies ramen
This is a typical Japanese children’s Saturday lunch🍜 Busy moms tend to cook this when children are at home during lunchtime. Many children don't like veggies but it will be a pleasure for them to eat with a bowl of ramen noodles. Easy but healthy food that has been popular in Japanese homes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Prepare a pot with 500ml water to boil
* Step 3
Cut veggies for any shapes you’d like
* Step 4
Put oil into a pan and stir fry veggies with medium to high heat until you see veggies get burnt slightly only on the surface
* Step 5
While stir frying, season veggies with salt and white peppers until you feel certain saltiness from veggies
* Step 6
When the water becomes boiling, put the noodle into the pot and cook it following its instructions on the package
* Step 7
Mix the soup powder and add seasoning in the pot and then put soup and noodle in a large bowl
* Step 8
Put the stir fried veggies onto the noodle and serve it with your favourite topping. This time I went with a slice of butter but alternatively you can put white sesames, poached eggs, chashu pork, etc…
