Raspberry, White Choc & Peanut Butter Toasties
Have you ever tried a sweet toastie before? Here's one of my favourite sweet combos. Why not give it a try one day? The tart sharp raspberries go well with the sweetness from the white choc.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spread butter onto the bread into the sides that'll be touching the toastie maker.
* Step 2
In a bowl add the raspberries, using the back of a fork mash them up a bit but leave chunky.
* Step 3
Put the raspberries, a couple cubes white choc and a dollop of peanut butter into the center of each sandwich. Seal the toastie maker and toast until they are golden.
* Step 4
Remove and leave to cool for a couple of minutes. Dust over icing sugar and serve with yogurt for dunking. Enjoy! :)
