Sweet & Spicy Cranberry Glaze๐ŸŽ„

Create a Christmas themed twist for your karaage chicken with this sweet and spicy cranberry glaze. It's very versatile and also makes a gorgeous dipping sauce!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add a small saucepan to the hob and heat over a medium low heat.

* Step 2

Add in all the ingredients. Stir together. Bring to a gentle simmer.

* Step 3

Simmer for around 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until reduced a little and thickened. Allow to cool a little then either serve as a dipping sauce or toss some crispy chicken/tofu through the sauce in a wok to coat in a sticky glaze. Enjoy!
