These skillet baked oats are a favourite breakfast of mine. It's almost like having a dessert it tastes so amazing. Chocolatey, gooey, cakey baked oats topped with caramalised banana and a good drizzle of chocolate sauce. Perfect!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 (fan). Spray the skillet with oil and set aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl mix together the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and the egg. Beat until a smooth paste is formed. Add around 70ml milk. Stir again until a lovely thick gloopy batter is created.
* Step 3
Pour the batter into the skillet and spread out evenly to all sides then lay the bananas on top. Drizzle a little honey over the exposed parts of the banana. Sprinkle over the cacao nibs.
* Step 4
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the oats are springy to the touch and risen. Leave to cool for a minute then drizzle over the melted chocolate spread. Eat and enjoy whilst still warm and gooey. :)
