Baked Fish Fillets With Soy, Garlic, Ginger & Spring Onion

This fragrant and light dish is a favourite of mine. It's so easy to make, healthy and delicious. I've used basa fillets, but any white fleshed fish will work well.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180. Lay the fish fillets upon some foil, (enough to wrap over them as a parcel to seal and steam the fish). Take the soy sauce and add it to a small bowl.

* Step 2

Add the chopped ginger, garlic and spring onions. Mix together. Pour the mixture over the fish fillets and seal them inside the foil.

* Step 3

Place them on the middle shelf of the oven and begin to bake. They should take 18-25 mins depending on the thickness of your fish fillets. As they are baking prepare your rice.

* Step 4

Serve up the rice and greens then place the fish fillets over the top ensuring not to break it up too much. Pour over any sauce residue that's collected in the foil. Garnish with a tiny pinch of red chilli flakes, eat and enjoy! :)
