Garlic & Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes

Garlic & Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes

These little golden potatoes taste beautiful and are so morish! Superb both eaten straight out of the oven or cold.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First par boil the potatoes in lightly salted water for around 10 minutes, or until you can pass a knife through the flesh quite easily. Drain them off in a collender and give them a vigorous shake to break up the edges very slightly. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Preheat an oven to 200 degrees or gas mark 7. Line a baking tray with foil and turn out the potatoes into it. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 3

Drizzle over the olive oil then season with the garlic granules and dried rosemary. Using your hands gently toss the potatoes in the seasoned oil until they are completely coated.

* Step 4

Bake in the oven for around 45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and slightly brown on the edges. You may need to turn them halfway through cooking.

* Step 5

Serve up and enjoy! :)
