Steamed tofu with mushroom
I love eating tofu for light meal, especially dinner. It’s a good source of protein and easy to digest.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Clean and trim shiitake mushroom. Clean and thinly slice green onion and bell pepper.
* Step 2
Remove excessive moist from tofu. Cover with paper towel and heat in microwave for 1-2 min(low-medium heat).
* Step 3
Mix tapioca starch with water.
* Step 4
These are all prepared ingredients.
* Step 5
Heat the saucepan with high heat. Grill mushroom until brown and tender. Add seasoning; soy sauce, mirin, Knorr pork flavour seasoning, and ginger powder. Stir fry for 1-2 min.
* Step 6
Add green onion and bell pepper. Let it boil for 1-2 min until the vegetables become soft.
* Step 7
Add starch mixture and stir continuously until the sauce become clear and thick. Turn off the heat.
* Step 8
Pour the sauce on top of steamed tofu. Serve.
