Shabu shabu bowl

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat a large cooking pot pr shabu pot with medium heat. Add water, tsuyu, onion and vegetable scrap. Simmer for 15 min. Cover with a lid.
* Step 3
Add napa cabbage, kinu tofu and Enoki mushroom and Shirataki noodles. Simmer for 5 min. Cover with a lid.
* Step 4
Finally, add sliced beef ontop and cook for 1-2 min. Avoid overcooking the beef.
* Step 5
Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle bonito flakes. I also add wakame. Serve with ponzu sauce.
