Grilled salmon with homemade pesto sauce

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all the dry ingredients in a blender. Pulse the blender. Gradually add extra-virgin olive oil to the blender until the mixture is finely chopped. Store them in a close container and keep them in the fridge for 3 days before use.
* Step 2
Season the skin side of salmon fillets with salt and pepper
* Step 3
Grill the skin side of salmon fillets with high heat for 5-7 min or until the flesh become lighten. Flip to the other side and cook for 1-2 min. Transfer to plate.
* Step 4
For the side dish, use the same pan. Add olive oil. Grill the garlic cloves until they turn brown. Sauté mushroom and asparagus. Add butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled salmon and pesto sauce.
