Lightly spiced fish biryani made with a yogurt biryani sauce and cooked in one pot with layered fish, rice. The dish is served with fresh salad and extra yogurt mint sauce enjoy with family and friends.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate the fish with lemon juice, salt, and garlic paste cover and leave for 15 minutes.then wash the fish and keep in a sieve to drain the water.

Then add tomatoes, cumin seed, bay leaves, garam masala powder, salt, red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric cook for 5-6 minutes. Add water 1/2 cup and cook till the oil comes on surface on low to medium flame. Now add the yogurt and cook till the oil comes on surface, on low to medium flame.

#For_Assembling_the_Biryani: In a large pan add half of the boiled rice, top with all fish masala with fish pieces then add the leftover rice and sprinkles some food colour, dried plums, lemon and tomato slices cover the lid with a tea towel and simmer it for 7-8 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
