This recipe of Whole Masoor Daal or Brown Lentils is a spicy and tasty pakistani style lentil preparation made with whole brown lentils, onions, tomatoes, herbs and spices.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 3-4 cups of water in a pan, add daal (lentil), spices, tomatoes and cook on medium flame till dal (lentil) is tender.
* Step 2
Add green chillies and fresh coriander simmer for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Now in a frying pan heat oil, add tadka (tempering) ingredients and fry till golden brown. Pour this tadka (tempering) over prepared daal (lentil).
* Step 4
Your delicious sabut masoor daal (Whole brown lentil) is ready to serve with white rice or roti.
