A delicious and rich korma recipe that is full of desi flavors. It has the same authentic Pakistani taste that is perfected with repeated testing. Fail-Proof recipe with clear instructions.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender add all whole spices under korma masala and grind to a powder (except bay leaves). in a bowl add lamb meat, grind masala powder, yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup mix well and leave it for 30 minutes. in a blender add the fried onion, yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup and grind till smooth. heat oil or ghee add bay leaves, ginger & garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame.

* Step 2

Now add the marinated lamb meat, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, kasmiri chilli powder mix well and fry the lamb meat in this masala for 4 minutes, on high flame. then add 3 cups of water, wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the lamb meat is tender and oil comes on surface.

* Step 3

Now add the mixture of fried onions and yogurt, water 1 cup and mix well, cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes. now add the kewra or rose water, ginger mix and simmer for a few minutes. serve hot with naan or roti.
