Cucumber, carrot & cheese sandwich is a quick snack fix, really easy to prepare with carrot, cucumber, cream cheese/ cheese spread/ mayonnaise any, one spread plus black pepper.
You can choose your choice of bread – white or brown/ whole meal and make it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First you need to get as much water as possible out of the grated veggies and set aside.
* Step 2
Spread it evenly over the bread slices and cover it with another one build the layer same like mine. Trim the edges if desired and cut into triangles to serve.
* Step 4
You can use any sandwich spread or cheese spread or even cream cheese and if you are vegan use vegan spread.
