๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿ—Spicy Steamed Fried Chicken๐Ÿ—๐ŸŒถ

This #steamed chicken is very delicious, and is popular in indo-pak. normally served with chicken rice, naan, tandoori, roti with fresh salads and chutney. We love it so much. It is very easy to make.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add the chicken with all the ingredients, mix well and keep it aside for 3 to 4 hours or overnight for the best result.

* Step 2

In a big pot or (you can use also steamer) add water bring it to a boil, on high flame, place a tray on the top, make sure water does not touch the tray, place the chicken, cover with aluminium foil and than cover with pot lid steam for 20 to 25 minutes, on high flame.

Sprinkle some chaat masala powder. serve hot with rice,naan,tandoori roti, with fresh salads and chutney.
