* Step 1
Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Add all the ingredients salt red Chilli flakes, mango powder cumin seeds, fresh coriander, gram masala powder and green chillies Mix well.
* Step 2
Shape into round patties. Refrigerate for about an hour (covered with cling wrap).
Dip in beaten egg and fry until golden brown, then blot in kitchen towels.
