Vegetarian Shakshuka

Vegetarian Shakshuka

One of my favourite meals, great for sharing and easy to make. And even better, only one pan to wash up afterwards 😁

Ingredient

Food ration :

1-2 servings

Cooking time :

30 mins
1/2 tsp

cumin

1 tsp

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry onion and pepper together on medium heat until onion is soft

* Step 2

Add garlic granules, cook for a minute

* Step 3

Add chopped tomatoes and remaining spices, stir well

* Step 4

Simmer for about 20 minutes

* Step 5

Make indents for in the sauce and crack an egg into each one

* Step 6

Once egg whites are cooked through, garnish and serve with toast
