Creamy pesto pasta and basa

I needed to use up sour cream and a lemon so I made this.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add salt, pepper and butter onto the basa, bake for 25 mins at 160°C Fan or until cooked through.

* Step 2

Meanwhile, boil pasta

* Step 3

Drain pasta, add pesto and sour cream, mix well.

* Step 4

Serve, add cheese to pasta and garnish pasta and basa with Parsley and lemon juice.
