Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the required ingredients first. Soak and boil the soya chunks and Chana in hot water for 10 minutes with 1/2 Tsp salt.
* Step 2
Boil green peas and sweetcorn with water. I boiled it in the microwave. Mix soya and seeds now.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wide pan. Crackle cumin seeds. Add bay leaf and saute a while. Mix chopped onion and garlic and saute till aromatic and onion be translucent.
* Step 4
Now add chopped tomatoes, masala powders, garam masala and chilli powder. Saute on low flame for half a minute and add 1/2 cup water.
* Step 5
When the water starts boiling, add soya and boiled vegetables. Adjust the rest salt as per taste and mix well.
* Step 6
Cook till all the water is absorbed. Garnish with chopped tomatoes or as required and serve the yummy recipes as a dry curry for rice and roti or as snacks.Thanks.
