Rice Vermicelli Kheer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the rice for 30 minutes after washing.
* Step 2
In the same wok or kadhai heat milk and soaked rice. Cook till the milk reduces to one third.
* Step 3
Add roasted vermicelli, salt and continue cooking in low flame and the kheer becomes creamy. (3-5) minutes. Cook down the kheer and serve with green cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits. Thanks.
