Paneer Veggies Dry Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add and allow to crackle ponch phutan. Mix sliced onion, fry for a minute and add rest chopped veggies and boiled Blac chana.
* Step 2
Fry for a minute and then mix masala powder as mentioned, salt and turmeric powder. Saute on low flame, covered, till cooked and crunchy.
* Step 3
Now, add the panner balls, mix well with the cooked vegetables. Add the chaat masala powder, saute for a minute covered on low heat for a minute. Serve hot with Poori and pickle. Thanks
