1 cup(240 ml)

milk

2 Tbsp/more

jaggery powder

1 pinch

salt

1 Tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

Arrange and assemble the required ingredients first.

In a deep bowl take milk, soaked tapioca, cocoa powder, jaggery powder, salt.

* Step 3

Mix well and allow to boil on low flame, continuously till tapioca thickens. Allow to cool, garnish and serve hot or cold.
