Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak 1 Tbsp of chia seeds in water as required. Take the herbal syrup in a small glass.

* Step 2

Wash the ice apples and remove the outer skin carefully. Chop into small pieces and blend them. Keep 2 Tsp ice apple separate.

* Step 3

Add Rhu-hafja, Bit salt, white salt, Amla dry powder, dry ginger powder, and chilled milk (as required) blend to a smooth paste.

* Step 4

In a serving glass keep 2 Tbsp chopped ice apple, add the blended ice apple drink. Garnish with dried rose petals and serve fresh. Thanks.
