Mushroom fried rice along with veggies and spices is an incredible, delicious and aromatic recipe, loved by most who like mushrooms.
I have used here cultivated Paddy straw mushroom along with veggies and spices to make a tasty fried rice. It's a very simple and easy recipe that you can enjoy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the required ingredients like boiled rice, chopped mushrooms, boiled peas, corn and carrot
* Step 2
Fry the chopped mushroom with 1 Tbsp sunflower cooking oil. Keep aside. Keep aside also the boiled basmati rice
* Step 3
In a fry pan heat oil and butter. Add cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add the shallots and a pinch of salt and fry till soft.
* Step 5
Then add the boiled peas, corn, boiled rice and carrot. Mix well lightly. Add sugar, lemon juice and adjust salt. The delicious mushroom fried rice is ready to serve. Njoy, Thanks
