Jowar/Sorghum Pizza Parathas
Millet mission is going on in India as well as in Odisha, my state. Millet is highly nutritious, gluten free and good to lose weight. I prefer to prepare today's breakfast with Jowar flour and other ingredients. It's delicious and healthy too. ** This is my innovative recipe.
Ingredient
Food ration :
7-8 Paratha
Cooking time :
30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients, ghee and rub lightly for 1-2 minutes(moin)
* Step 2
Add water little at a time and make the dough. Keep covered the dough for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Divine the dough to 7-8 parts.
* Step 4
Roll out the Paratha in two ways as shown in photos.** Roll out on atta sheet or kitchen marble floor as seen in photos.
* Step 7
Roast both the sides of each paratha with ghee or oil.
