Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai in medium to low flame. Add bay leaf, cumin and mustard seeds, and allow to crackle the seeds. Add govi florets, chopped potatoes and fresh green peas. Saute on low heat.
* Step 2
Now mix, both salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, grated ginger and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook covered till three fourth is done.
* Step 3
Add the fried paneer, mix well with veggies. Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve with steamed rice/Paratha/Poori.
