Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the olive oil and ghee. Add panchaphutan and all ingredients except water and sooji and let splutter. Cook the chopped veggies.

* Step 2

When done add water and 1/2 Tsp Sambar masala and allow to boil.

* Step 3

Lower the flame and add sooji, cook continuously, till all water is absorbed. Serve hot Upma with chutney.
