Curd Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat butter on low flame. Add both cumin and mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Then add curry leaves, urad daal, chana daal and saute on low heat.
* Step 2
Add the cooked basmati rice and saute for a minute. Now mix roasted peanuts, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, sugar and dry ginger powder. Mix well with light hand.
* Step 3
Switch off the flame. Bring down the Rice pot and mix the whisked curd.
* Step 4
Garnish with green coriander leaves and fresh mint leaves. Serve the delicious curd rice with papad, pickle and ripe mangoes.
