Chatpati Bhindi Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry the chopped bhindi for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
* Step 2
Heat rest oil. Splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
* Step 3
Fry the chopped onion till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till rawness is gone. Add all the masala powder mentioned.
* Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, fried bhindi, lemon juice and sambar powder. Mix well and cook till done. Garnish with green coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice/roti
