Masaledar Boiled Yellow Peas (Matar)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the soaked yellow matar in a pressure cooker for one whistle. Allow it to cool down.

Heat pot with oil, add seeds, and allow to crackle.

Mix dry chili, chopped onion, garlic, and green chili, saute till translucent and aromatic.

* Step 4

Add the boiled yellow matar and dry masalas as well as salt. Fry for 5-6 minutes on low to medium flame.

* Step 5

Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves green chili and tomato and relish with Murmura/Jhamudhi
