Traditional Ganth Gobhi Dry Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chopped the Ganth Gobhi and potato without skin, into small pieces. Steam them with half cup water till cooked half.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok, add ponch phutan and allow to splutter. Now add onion, ginger and green chillies. Fry till onions are translucent.
* Step 3
Add salt and turmeric and cook for a minute.
* Step 4
Add green peas and half cooked Ganth Gobhi and potato stuff. Mix well,cook covered till the dry curry is done. Garnish with ghee and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
