Bunch of green beans give an amazing and exciting taste, when cooked with Thai sauce seasoning and garnish with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix well the ingredients of sauce and set aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add lemongra and onion and saute for one minute.
* Step 3
Add green beans with salt and ground pepper for two minutes.
* Step 4
Add ginger and garlic and stir for a minute on medium flame.
* Step 5
Now add the soy sauce mixture, mix well and cover the pan to cook beans.
* Step 6
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and peanuts, chopped green onions and serve as starter/appetizer/with steamed rice.
