Palak Paneer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat water in a wider vessel and bring to boil. Add 1/2 Tsp salt, add the cleaned and washed palak. Blanch for 1 minutes. Decant the hot water from the vessel and add cold water to stop cooking. Remove water from blanched palak.
* Step 2
In a grinder jar, make puree of palak, ginger, garlic and green chilli. The puree should be smooth.
* Step 3
Heat 1 Tsp oil in a nonstick pot and lightly fry the paneer cubes. Remove and keep aside
* Step 4
Heat 2 Tbsp oil. Saute the whole garam masala for 1 minute on low flame till aromatic. Add the chopped onion and saute till translucent.
* Step 5
Now mix palak puree, chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 cup water. Mix the dry masala powders and saute till the palak gravy begin to thicken.
* Step 6
Then add the sauteed paneer cubes and cinnamon powder. Bring to boil for a minute and the Palak Paneer delicious recipe is ready to serve hot with Roti/Naan.
