Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add warm water/milk little at at a time.
* Step 2
Mix and knead till get a dough with elasticity. Roll out rotis.
* Step 3
On a hot pan roast the rotis, both sides. Each roti takes 1 to 1.5 minutes to be cooked. Extra oil or butter can be spread on both sides of the rotis. I haven't used.
* Step 4
I served the Phapar ko Roti with Chana daal and Papaya Curry and Salad.
