Coriander mint and carrot Parathas with Chole

This is the amazing recipe of Ms.Zeenath ji. After going through the recipe I decided to recreate the same. Thank you. Here is my version.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 parathas

Cooking time :

20 mins
1 tsp

salt

1 Tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare a soft dough of paratha, adding water to the above-mentioned ingredients. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Divide into balls and roll out round parathas. Roast both the side with ghee on medium heat on a skillet.

Serve hot with ghugni (yellow matar curry)
