Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I boiled the corn kernels, in water with turmeric only. Arrange the ingredients.
* Step 2
In a wok heat butter. Add chopped onion, chillies and crushed garlic.
* Step 3
Fry on low heat till rawness is gone. Add chilli powder to the fried onion and mix well.
* Step 4
Mix the boiled sweet. corn and saute on low flame for a minute.
* Step 5
Add chaat masala and roasted cumin powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix nicely and serve hot.
