* Step 1
Remove the pomegranate seeds. Chop apple, cucumber,carrots and bananas.
* Step 2
Spray 1tbsp lemon juice and Todd the chopped fruits and vegetables in a bowl. Lemon juice check oxidation thus keeps apple and banana fresh, preventing getting black.
* Step 3
Mix remaining lemon juice, pepper, chat masala, chopped mint leaves and salt. Toss well and serve.
